We are a British managed Dubai SME and focus on providing the best customer service possible; after all, we want our customers to be clients for life.

Our History

MustHaveMaintenance began operations on 1st June 2014. Our team then only consisted of 1 maintenance van and 2 technicians’ however over the course of 3 years we have grown organically and now comprise a larger team and fleet of vehicles. We also offer additional home maintenance services including our latest services, AC duct cleaning and AC coil cleaning.

Our management professionals focus on various goals from client satisfaction to digital marketing. We believe that we can excel on many business fronts; hence we encourage our staff to delve into any aspect they believe can help our business grow. In 2016 we were the first to launch our online AMC, Annual Home Maintenance calculator, which is still utilised by web visitors today and can be found under the contracts tab.

Our main goal has always been to become a highly reputable home maintenance supplier throughout Dubai know for its professional expertise and customer focused service.

How much do you charge?

Do you provide annual maintenance contracts?

Yes. We have 3 packages available for you to choose from. See our contracts page.

Do you provide a 24/7 emergency call out service?

Yes. However this service is only provided to our Annual Contract Holders.

I have a 30 min job, will you charge me a full hour?

Yes, the first hour is always chargeable but we do offer discounts following the 1st hour.

What is Preventative Maintenance? Due to the harsh Dubai summer climate, all of our home services require periodic maintenance. As specialists in home maintenance, we provide an annual package that does just that. We offer annual maintenance contracts offering AC servicing, Plumbing servicing and Electrical servicing (including Emergency call-outs) a number of times throughout the course of the year.

Residential AC Servicing

Due to daily usage they also require proper annual AC maintenance, we suggest AC servicing 2-3 times annually.
